Experimental Study on Co-Pyrolysis Characteristics of Household Refuse and Two Industrial Solid Wastes

The calorific value of household refuse (HR) is greatly improved after classification, which includes the implementation sufficient pyrolysis conditions. Therefore, a better effect can be achieved by co-pyrolysis with industrial solid waste (ISW) high value. In this work, HR and ISW were used as raw materials for experiments. influence on distribution three-phase products co-pyrolysis, concentration heavy metals dioxins in flue gas, PCDD/Fs isomers studied. results showed that, at temperature 600 °C H/C = 1.3, formed material, quantity gas was approximately 27 wt.%, oil 40.75 mainly contained alkanes, olefins, aromatic hydrocarbons. According to thermogravimetric experiment, promote positive reaction pyrolysis, weight reached 62% 550 °C. emission gaseous relatively stable, slightly decreased. main ash Cu, Fe, Zn. could effectively reduced ISW, produced synthesized from de novo synthesis. After toxic equivalent 0.69 0.29 ng I-TEQ/Nm3, dioxin had little influence. experimental provide theoretical basis application technology ISW.
